Description
Selden 45mm ratchet blocks can be used for dinghy main sheets and dinghy spinnaker sheets.
This ratchet block uses 5mm delrin ball bearings and has a 45mm carbon fibre reinforced polyetherimide sheave. The sheave automatically changes from free-turning to ratchet when the load increases meaning you can decide when the automatic ratchet kicks in.
The switch-over point can be adjusted and set using an Allen key inserted into the bottom of the block to adjust a screw inside the sheave.
