ABOUT RIVERBOATS
River Boats have been designed and manufactured in Norway since 1995 and are high-quality seaworthy boats produced in polyethelene . They are built to an award-winning design focusing on safety and low cost of ownership.
The company is currently owned by Christoffer Haarbye and Reidar Gjølstad, who both have extensive experience in the development and production of fast boats and lifeboats. All boats are DNV approved as a supplement to the mandatory CE marking and have been thoroughly tested and highly rated by DNV and both River 350 and 420 are classified in category C.
The boats have a very practical user-friendly design, which is also rewarded with MFGD. (Marked For Good Design by the Norwegian Design Council) . The company has so far delivered over 10,000 boats in a number of applications and markets.
