Standard Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods/order we will be happy to either refund the goods in full or exchange them, providing the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please check the condition of your order/the goods upon arrival – we cannot accept returns on items that have damaged during shipping after 14 days.Returns must be packaged securely, the item(s) must have all the original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
Goods returned must be unused and have any security seals still intact.

If you have ordered goods incorrectly or have ordered clothing and/or shoes that do not fit, you will be responsible to return the item(s) at your own cost. If you would like us to exchange the item for another size or colour, the return postage will be at your expense and we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you choose to exchange an item, we cannot send out a replacement until we have received the initial item back.

We are unable to refund any items that have been ordered specially from our suppliers. We cannot provide full refunds for dated products (such as some navigational and safety products).

Returning Faulty Goods
If you receive your order and believe the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately with a description of the fault (and pictures, if applicable).

If it is required for you to return the product/order to us (due to faults), we will send you a pre-paid return label. Items with manufacturers defects are not included (if the goods prove to be faulty during use or after the 14 return period, please get in contact with us).

1. Get in touch with us via phone (01202 612 610) or email us at sales@avonmarina.com We will need to determine whether you would like to exchange the product or return for a refund. We cannot process the return of faulty goods without being notified first.
2. With this information, we will begin to process the return and will provide you with a returns number. You will need you to mark the return number clearly on the outside of your parcel.
3. Once sent back to us, please retain a copy of the proof of purchase just in case.
4. Once the item has arrived back to us, we will be able to proceed with either a refund or the exchange.
